The lady left my sns nails with marks and didn’t like it when I asked her to fix it - she only fixed 1 out of 3. She was rude and kept talking in Vietnamese with the other ladies, after I asked her to do so - they were probably talking about me. Not cool.

Girls were rudePedicure is rushed but ok, what you expect for $30 I guess.The shellac manicure though... the shape was inconsistent and wonky which I asked to to fix up, and the application looks like I have blobs at the end of my nails, I brought it to her attention and she said ‘no that’s fine’Will never go back. They look terrible.Don’t waste your money. I should never have paid for mine...

Worst nail salon I've ever been to, nail artist was rude and impatient. Extremely rough with my nails,using a electric file on my natural nail twice! None of my nails were filed to the same shape somehow and are weak and damaged looking.I went here once before the new ownership and it was great, I wonder what went wrong. Won't be back. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

I am absolutely devastated with my French pedicure. I don't know the name of the old lady. After waiting for an hour and a half I finally got my pedicure and it looks terrible. I don't recommend going here at all. Also they don't speak English in front of you and I found it very disrespectful !

But if a disastrous experience. Hacked at my nails, cut my finger at the nail bed and left old nail polish on. Painting the actual nail seemed a bit of a challenge for them as well. I’ve seen my toddler do a better job.

Awfully rude staff. I had a mani & pedi and not a SINGLE word was said to me except when I was leaving and they told me the price of my mani & pedi... which was $100. Instead of asking me what colour I wanted they just chucked the colour selection into my lap and walked away. I have cuts over my cuticles, and I have SNS from my old colour still on my nails because they couldn’t be bothered to take it all off. I have never left a bad review on Google until now. I really don’t recommend going here - poor customer service, and you certainly don’t get what you pay for. Save your money and go somewhere where the job will get done properly for much cheaper.

Every time i have come to this nail salon, I feel welcomed and greeted. It is nice to be able to sit and the salon and not feel excluded to conversations . The ladies all love to have a chat and laugh and is a great atmosphere to be in.I have never had a issue with my nails here but could fault multiple other nail salons especially in Miranda fair.There shellac will last 3-4 weeks with no chips on natural nails were as other places i have had chips the very next day !

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure for my sons wedding and was very impressed with the workmanship and quick service. I returned three weeks later, before returning to England, and had a normal manicure and again I was very impressed. The reviews I read nearly put be off coming here, but I would recommend their services.

Staff were welcoming and friendly.They listened to what i wanted and were very kind about accommodating me.They did a very clean and nice job. I'll definitely be coming back!
