The Cheesecake Shop has a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Their cakes are always moist and delicious. I really recommended the chocolate mud cake, it never disappoints me when I get it, and let me just say the customer service is amazing they are the nicest people and very quick at their job

Tonight around 6pm I went to your store and purchased a caramel mudcake quarter for my wife. I was greeted with friendly girls who served me, I did not catch their names for this review however the customer service was great as they were super patient with me finding my card (I didn't have my glasses)!! The actual cake quarter itself was delicious. I strongly recommend this store for anyone in the area. 5/5

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a mouthwatering cheesecake at this establishment. I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! I received astonishing service from a staff member named Aimee, she was truly outstanding, making my visit all the more enjoyable. From the moment I walk in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Aimee. The cake itself was also just remarkable

I had a wonderful experience being served by Lulu! I was greeted with a warm smile and I received professional service. I’ll definitely be back another time. I would like to mention that the workers are very polite and respectful too, as when I was waiting for my order, two workers (a boy and a girl,) who looked like they were in their teens. They were both consistently cleaning finger prints off the doors and delights fridge, (I think one was named Amy,) changing the display and dusting the place. The other girl, Lulu, was serving really well and treating all the customers with respect and kindness. I just want to note that they are doing amazing, and very much deserve some sort of recognition. To add, most food places are quiet and dirty, nothing compares to how well this shop is managed. Also the cake is amazing! Great job, all.

I had such a bad time dealing with them. I ordered a Sonic birthday cake a week in advance and when I went to pick it up, they had no idea what I was saying despite my handing them the receipt. They spent a while looking for the cake in the back before bringing it out to me. Since the cake was as hard as a rock, no kids were consuming it. After blowing out the candle, we immediately threw it away. Don't advise it. I won't ever buy anything from this store again, and the customer service is awful . The front-row girls require face therapy.

Went in a couple days ago and my server Natalie was a great help with all my cake inquiries. Left the store with a fantastic cake and could not have asked for better serviceAmazing establishment. Great customer service and absolutely divine cakes and sweets.Would 100% recommend this branch 10/10

I have been going to this cheesecake shop for over 3 years now and I can say I have never been disappointed. In fact they have always super succeeded my expectations. Recently I requested for a custom cake with some very specific decorations. They made it with so much care and precision. Black Forest flavour is always my fav here. Big thanks and cheers to the team for their great effort.

I visited the this shop the other day and was served by an employee named Bonnie. I ordered a slice of cake and her service was absolutely impeccable. She was so nice when my card didn’t work and very politely offered an alternative option. One I got it working she was so polite about the whole ordeal. Good cake too. 5 stars.

I went today with my son and the girl helping me at the front, Natalie was absolutely amazing, she was kind and well mannered and didn’t rush me which I feel most food places do nowadays. She was brilliant and she has just earned herself a repeat customer!
