I would like to highlight the extensive support and career development opportunities recieved from both Chiara Bailey and Tiffany Jager. My gratitude toward there assistance and professionalism during a time I was most at need goes beyond un-noticed. Highly recommend.

The team at HELP yarrabilba have gone above and beyond to help with every aspect of my life.Ashlee and Emma combined have not only helped eliminate blocks, but day to day actively support me where needed.Through pushing my own company ideas (I have an idea what I'm doing) to them being in full support of my end goal and to offer the support for every step of the way is fantastic beyond words.Since engaging with Emma and Ashlees abilities to do the behind the scenes work, i went from heavy depression and confusion to a stable headspace and a forward direction to drive towards which is something I wasnt able to see or achieve by myself.HELP yarrabilba is im sure like the rest of the HELP employment and training facilities out there.But these two people have honestly gone so far above and beyond anything they had to do, they show true passion and commitment to their job and the service they provide.Thank you with all my heart.Sincerely Brayden Dixon.

As a support worker and mentor for people with a disability, seeking employment; I was impressed with the service given to one of my clients.Emma, Ashleigh and Joe (now at HELP Greenslopes) are fantastic and truly cared about the outcome. The support given to my client was outstanding and he’s well on his way to starting his own business through NEIS. Their guidance and support has been a critical element to his success so far. I can not thank Tiffany from help enough for all her help and support the last year. I lost my job because of covid and when I finally found a new job it required a licence I didn't have ... Tiffany went above and beyond to push for the help I needed to pay for the license and I secured the job. she is just amazing to have on your team. Thanks Tiffany

My job provider emailed me stating -“We require your payslips so we can confirm your employment and how many hours you are working. Can you provide your roster from the commencement of employment til current also? We will make a decision based on this evidence as per govt guidelines.”To which I asked to be showed in writing the reference to the legislation where it says I have to supply my payslips as this is a breach of my privacy and stated I was happy to provide it but everything, besides my hours will be blanked out as it again is none of their business and I was advised to contact the office to discuss it further.Why are H&ET so demanding on payslips when they didn’t help whatsoever to get the job? Is it to claim the bonus for making out you get people the job?

I finally found an organisation that genuinely cares.The support I have received from chiara in such a short time is amazing. I definitely recommend chiara and staff to anyone.The staff at Yarabilba are not only professional and friendly, they take the time and treat you like a person not a number unlike other organisations.Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.
