Thank you for making my custom design home a regal to live in, built at Harmony Estate, Sunshine Coast QLD. Perry Homes Sales Consultant Todd is extremely friendly, genuine, competent and gave me helpful advice by drafting my house also the staff at the Head Office were also very helpful. My Builder Supervisor, John Vos, is the best Supervisor you could have. I received weekly update report with photos (amazed by the cleanliness of the building side) of the work progress and the next step of the building program. His perfection and attention to detail including having best quality contractors and tradesman made my house impeccable. Building my house was every bit enjoyable, exiting and no stress at all! The Hand Over was a delightful and unforgettable day. I love my little house but it's roomy! Thank you Perry Homes.

Poor quality, poor finishing, poor just about everything. Had to involve the QBCC to get things finished. Then had to go to QCAT court to get them to fix their stupid mistakes. Wasted time, money and life on these muppets. I seriously recommend not using these uninspired hacks.
