Absolutely fantastic store! Everything I could possibly need for my puppy and wonderful friendly highly informative staff.Amy is an absolute treasure, she knew exactly what she was talking about on every subject with the best advice and recommendations. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Disgusting customer service by the owner. He was extremely rude, huffing and puffing when we told him our product was faulty and still under warranty. Definitely did not want to give us a replacement. When he did give us a replacement he walked off and didn't talk to us again. We were just left at the counter waiting for him to come back not knowing what is happening. He was extremely rude to his staff right in front of us telling the girl, where do you think your going, go get me a screwdriver now... Shaking his head.A whole lie about the closing down sale as one of his staff members told us it was purely to get people to come into the store rather than buying their food and flea protection items online as it's cheaper.What a disgrace. Definitely won't be returning and will be telling everyone we know to never go there!

Great pet shop- family owned - supports local breeders - offers great loyalty programs.

Walked through the door and instead of being greeted with a smile a staff member called out to another.They don’t stock much fish.Was greeted by someone who looked like they worked out back. They were a little helpful but was told they don’t really deal with the fish.When leaving the store the lady at the counter fails again to even acknowledge me as a customer. Not worth purchasing.

Highly recommend! Very friendly service and competitive pricing. We have just moved to the area from interstate and coming from a veterinary background it was really refreshing to experience how knowledgeable and professional the staff here were. My kids (human ones) were even treated to some lovely cookies. Great to see a family owned business successfully providing a much superior service than the corporate owned chain pet stores.

Bare minimum stock went into for declorinator for fish and didn’t have anything so basic for fish keepers like myself. Also the prices of everything have jumped quite a lot in just a few months especially small mammal items and bird toys some are almost double in price. They also had a closing down sale, but it was really just a ploy to get people to shop there. Pretty sad to lie about closing just to get people in. Staff also rude and more interested in having a conversation behind counter than serving us. Shame to see this place go downhill

Desleigh and the staff are super friendly, caring and look after you and your furry/feathered friends like family. Been going to this place since it opened and no matter where I live I keep supporting this fantastic business. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Competitive prices. Good quality products without unnecessary extras. I love that this store is an independent; it is family owned and operated.Their consideration comes through in their care with people and pets. I appreciate the thoughtful service.
