Not responsive to.the gumtree ad or phone calls...time wasted

I must admit - reading reviews after I did my purchase I was a bit worried. Ordered on a Saturday, item was collected by the courier on the Tuesday and delivered on the Saturday- I am good with that, and the item is exactly as described - a good buy.

Bought two Bird cages from gtmall for around 1k. They came damaged and rusted. Communication with then was poor and they refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong with them. Do not buy from this shonky company.

Ordered a mens mountain bike, gt mall made a consignment number without ever sending anything, they even lied about it, upon further investigating i found they do this alot, the warehouse said they had consignment number but no physical package, after calling them out they refufunded me and this is the short version of the story. Appalling service and i would never recommend this company to anyone

If it's a terrible shopping experience you seek, that leaves you frustrated and empty handed in the end, then go ahead and shop with these guys.They claim same day dispatch on their website, what a joke. I placed an order for a stocked item and three weeks later they still had not dispatched the goods. After waiting a week after I placed the order and not hearing anything about my order, I chased it up and was advised that the goods had just arrived in a container and would be shipped the next Monday. I queried them citing that their website states the goods were in stock and it was to be dispatched same day. No reply.The following week on the Monday, I chased the order to ensure the goods were dispatched as promised. No reply. On Tuesday I send through more emails chasing delivery. No reply. On Wednesday I chased them again and I finally received a reply advising due to a large number of orders my order would be dispatched on Friday. I explained to them that they promised it would leave Monday, and now here we are a week later and still my order had not been processed. I explained that I had no faith in them and I didn't believe that they would dispatch the order on the Friday and requested a refund.On Thursday I was notified that a refund had been processed However I needed to wait 3-7 days to see it in my account. So I wasted three weeks with this mob only to end up where I started - still needing to purchase these goods. So let's wait and see if my refund was actually processed. Watch this space
