PREMIER AVAN

Very dissapointed after waiting 10 months for the van to arriveTo find find so many issues when we went to pick it up,Bench top not correct size with corner of cubourd hanging out, matress had water marks on them,kitchen table and cubourd doors had chips on them,none of the cubourd doors line up and had 15mm gaps on top no gap on bottom, oven was completly scratched,dent and scratched rear end on outside,cracked flares that were patched with siliconWhen we asked to get it all fixed before we give the final payment to be told we dont fix things either take it as is or dont have it

I just want to thank Premier Avan for going out of its way to provide an incredible 5 star customer service experience when I brought my 499 bunk in for repair and service. Every interaction with every staff member was extremely positive, from admin, sales and service manager and personnel. Our van was repaired exactly as described in a quality manner that one would wish for for their pride and joy, I rang up several times to add more small jobs to the list as I remembered them and i felt important and appreciated. The extras were priced reasonably and even when i was cautious about a potential hazardous gas / water power switch they upgraded and repaired it on the house for me as a thank you for choosing them. The service manager even made a video and email to describe how to use a part of the van I was not familiar with.All in all an incredible experience and I highly recommend Premier Avan and will be certainly returning for future services, parts and repairs.Thank you very much

I love our Golf Tourer that we purchased from Premier Avan. We graduated from a camper trailer and we haven’t looked back! Really appreciate the great customer service we have received from everyone. Especially during the COVID-19 lockdown difficulties. Thanks to all of you, we are enjoying our journeys so much more. We are very happy return customers of Premier Avan (our second caravan has just been purchased!). From sales through to warranty we have always been very well looked after by Levi, Peter and the rest of the team. We’ve had great experiences with everything from the purchase, handover and warranty - this is why we returned. Peter has even saved us after we made a panicked call on a 40 degree Friday after our air conditioner stopped working and he was able to troubleshoot and fix it. Levi and the team really do go out of their way to ensure that customers are happy, despite the current tough market conditions for caravan manufacturers. Thanks team!

Broke a top arm on my Thule awning due to storm.Spoke to Paul and brought van in for repairs in a Saturday morning. Levi repaired it within the hour. I am most relieved as my Avan is out for another trip next weekend . Excellent service and great job at reasonable cost looks like new. Very happy customer. Thanks Keith.

Went to look at the latest model Avans. My Avan is getting old and needs an upgrade.Very helpful person on duty suggested some ideas about a heater and instant HWS - and said Premier Avan could do the installation work.I think they will get my business.
