The most unhelpfull person I've ever come across, so negative, might be a good idea for Telstra to find another agent

Generally very unhelpful. Requested a new phone through them, they never followed up. Went in to pay my bill, they couldn’t process it and suggested I go elsewhere. Out of the four times I have been in this shop only once have provided me with service of any use. Optus would do well to open a store in Kyneton.

Updated my phone and added a second number using an eSIM, all went smoothly and after the transition all features worked well. A professional service and all changes communicated clearly.

Horrifically disappointing and frustrating experience.I visited the shop on two occasions for the same non standard request. Having done my research I knew that the task needed to be actioned in a Telstra store. I also knew I had the correct form and that it was filled in correctly. On both occasions I was faced with a staff who blatantly refused to take the time to action my request, learn more about how to action the request or provide any information as to how I could get the job done.I am left to feel that Kyneton Telstra Partner couldn't be bothered assisting a customer with a non-standard request. The attitude was poor, manner disappointing and left me frustrated enough to drive an hour and a half to Melbourne to have my query attended to. I should add that it took the Melbourne shop 10 minutes to get it done.

A few weeks ago we went in to buy my Dad a new handset. We thought everything went fine until today when we discovered the handset has been locked to Telstra. Dads phone plan has been out of contract for 3 years and we paid for the handset out right. They had no legal right to lock the phone, and didn’t even have the curtesy to let us know they would be. These underhanded practices are why I closed all my Telstra accounts years ago. Never again.

I have used this business for all my phone needs for 10 years. Always get great friendly service.

The most awful ,and I believe very unethical shop and staff I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to deal with... They took advantage of my rather deaf 85 year old Father, and dismissed their disgraceful behaviour with the excuse that he signed the paperwork ". The assistant then stormed off on me!"

I've had great friendly, professional service . I would definitely recommend.

Are happy to take your money for a sale, but then send you down to Gisborne if you ever need any help after that. Save your time and just go straight to the Gisborne store instead
