It's hard to know what offended me more at this practice.The incompetence of Mark Lipzker or the rudeness of Julie the receptionist.If you are suffering with lung disease this is not the medical centre for.

This has been my family go to clinic for 5 years now. Could not be more satisfied. We have seen Dr Mark Lipzker and Dr Trent Stapleton on various occasions and all of them are stellar. Great at diagnosis and they always have a very patient ear coupled with voice of experience. What I like the most about this practice is that they always go above and beyond in their care. Always feel that the care is thorough, respectful and never dismissive. Great practice.

Our family doctors. Dr Niroshe is a star. The kids get all their injections here from the nurses - Nurse Cathy and Nurse Georgia - and they are so so lovely. All injections given by the nurses are bulk billed too. Much better than waiting for a local council-run vaccine day. Unfortunately hard to get a booking on the same day if you do get sick and need to be seen the same day.

When you find a whole practice that cares as much as this one does, you change doctors and start going there! Dr. Kelly, Dr. Mark, Dr. Trent really are wonderful caring professionals who go the extra mile...the reception are really caring too! Great service all round.

Attended this clinic for the first time today. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and professional. They were very kind and gentle with my son who was anxious about his appointment but had him sorted and happy in no time at all. Can't thank them enough. This is now our go to local medical team. :)

Dr Trent Stapleton went above and beyond in his help for me with a recent mental health issue. I felt he was actually concerned about my welfare and he even insisted on following up the issue in his own time. People are quick to post negatives, but I want to post a positive and make public that his help has really left a mark on me. I will not forget the extra concern that went beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a GP.10/10

I recently moved to this practice after feeling dissatisfied with my previous doctor. I saw Sarah Rockefeller who was absolutely incredible. She listened to my concerns, gave me the attention and next steps I've been trying to get for months, and I left finally feeling heard. I would recommend Sarah to anyone.
