I am not a chip, nor you a seagull. Stop harassing people if they've told you they don't want assistance. I came in knowing what item I wanted to purchase (a men's leather laptop satchel) after a long time mulling it over. Your 30% member's discount convinced me and I was committed. The behaviour of the sales assistant talked me out of the purchase in a heartbeat.

Shopping for a wallet, all other outlets were 3 x the price for basically the same product with bigger brand status. Friendly ,helpful staff, I have found similar experiences with luggage from them too.

I brought a suitcase turned out to be faulty. Brought it back. Shop keeper won't admit to it and felt very bothered. They tried to find excuses not to exchange. When I show them by comparing to the one on display. They finally admitted and exchanged. It made me feel so bad to bring the 'trouble' and they didn't show tiny bit of sorry for selling me a faulty bag in the first place. Won't recommend.

Purchased a Colorado wallet for my husband's birthday & it started to come apart within the 1st week of ownership. Tried to ring the Carindale store & the phone rang out. Poor service from this store.

I brought a suitcase from here recently. The staff member was very attentive and helpful. She approached me as soon as I entered the store, came and offered assistance when I was stuck, and was able to answer all my questions about different brands. Overall, a good experience and I will come back for my luggage needs in the future.

Extremely helpfull, Helped me pick out a handbag and matching purse that suited my small size and needs. Even though they were extremely buzy, they spent a lot of time with me helping with my choices. Top notch retail, they know how to look after their customers making them feel special.
