If you wish the be treated with utter disrespect, rushed through your experience, judged and yelled at, then James Kennedy is your man. We purchased a home from him, and the pre-settlement inspection was disgraceful. I had to chase him up for an appt prior to settlement to which I was told he was going to call the next day to book a time. I subsequently found out he was on leave the next day so that was a blatant lie. Couple that with being followed around our pre-settlement inspection with comments like: What do you expect? This is a 36 year old house."
