Advertising that they are doing give aways but when you win, they do not respond to you and just ignore you. Do not sign up and waste your time. No communication after sending numerous emails

Amazing! This is what I wanted for a long time, my car looks so good without the old carpet mats. I got the pajero sport plastic 3d mats and I couldn’t be happier. They fit perfectly, thank you!

Adjustable Towball failed on first use. Dangerous product that shouldn't be sold in Australia. Was well under all weight limits and regulations. Called them within business hours, no answer. Reviewed on their website and review was taken down. Taking this straight to the product commission.EDIT: My partner bought this product in store at the Altona shop.

Good service quick 2nd time here will be backI purchased a set of 9in spotlights that had aluminium mounting brackets fitted to truck in Melbourne Snap off within 2 hours up th road.. the first set I purchased hav steel bracelets and are still going strong 3years now.

Purchased a pressure washer on 03/04/2022 and was delivered on 06/04/2022.Used only 5-6times.On 05/04/2023, one of the plastic pipe on the body started to have a major leak.Reported immediately only to get a response that i was out of warranty by 2 days.Going to report and ask Consumer Affairs Victoria to step in,if i dont get a resolution.Any new product is covered by the Australian Consumer Law for 2years!

Terrible company to deal with. Sent incorrect floor mats and won’t answer calls or emails. I’ve been trying to return the incorrect mats for over a month. Won’t buy from this company again as customer service is terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely atrocious customer service, refused to speak to me and help with my question regarding a purchase, belligerent and intransigent. Very poor service.They're response is a lie, It took over 15 minutes for a response and I repeatedly said I wanted to TALK not text about my recent purchase. These people have both poor customer service and a very loose relationship with speaking the truth...

Tried calling 3 times no answer. Went there and want to unbox a solar panel and test fit on my roof. Was told no I’ll measure it for you even after I’d said I already have. Was then told that if they unboxed it it would be second hand. This company is terrible for customer service and care and the guy in the showroom is a F#^kw~t!!!

My order never got delivered. They kept the product ad at a higher price and cancelled my order with no explanation. I do not recommend this online shopping mall to anyone else.
