Lavender Nails

My partner went in to get a manicure and S&S. They at first did not have the colour she wanted. She picked another color and it was applied but it was the wrong colour. It was re-done to a suitable colour and when the lady was buffing away the S&S she was hurting my partners cuticles to the point where the skin has actually peeled and was close to bleeding. The S&S on the nail itself is chunky uneven and unshaped. They soaked her cuticles at the start in cold water. And no lotion or any oil was applied and no massage as what is usually expected with a manicure. The whole process took an hour and a half! She expressed her displeasure with the service but was ignored! I would not recommend going to this business. Hopefully the business can rectify this issue.

Walked in at 10am (no wait) and asked for acrylic nails.All the staff were friendly, and ‘Fragrant’ who did my nails was lovely, she was gentle and did a great job- I will absolutely be back!

got my nails done by Fragrance last week! only after the service i noticed that the colours are missing [could be filled in better] in some areas but overall i think it’s pretty :)

Found this place by chance. I’ve had acrylic nails since the mid 80’s.Staff here were excellent!Kind, gentle and did a superb job.Average price. Walk-ins ok.

Had my nails done by Van today and I am in LOVE! Van used to do my nails when I used to work in the Canberra Centre, so happy to see her again. I am trialling different nail styles for my upcoming wedding and I think we've found a winner. Van took her time and talked through her ombre process. Her care shows and now I can't stop looking at my nails.Always a great experience here. They were short staffed today, but I was happy to wait :)

To be quite honest, I gave this place a couple of chances. And all of the times it has been truly below par. I went on Wednesday afternoon to get a pedicure and a full set. To start off, the pedicure: I have an injured toe and pointed out to the lady doing the service that it was injured and if she wouldn’t mind not touching it at all (actually I said that she didn’t need to paint it at all) and she agreed. Yet the whole service, she disregarded that comment so it was truly quite painful. Then moving on the the full set of acrylic nails: the nails are extremely thin, which i normally like. But 3 of them have broken off less than 24hours after (I have been getting my nails done for years and never have I had this issue). They are shorter then i asked for, the polish was all over my hands and they are extremely bumpy, wonky and just overall poorly done. After paying $130 for the two services, I would expect far better results. Do better.

I have been to this salon twice since October, paying $30-$40 for shellac, for it to chip/peel within 3 days. This salon is a shame, as the other Lavender Nails salons are excellent quality. The nail tech rushed through my appointment to attend to other customers getting acrylics etc, seems like she wasn’t interested in me when higher paying appointments came in.

I had my nails done by fragrance and when I went in I didn’t know what I wanted. She took the initiative and suggested something which turned out beautiful and classic. Very good job especially when other places rush and mess up.

I have been here twice now and got nude coloured gel for a full set and then infills. Bee is so great at recommending and guiding you in what will look right for you. Super fast as well. I will drive here to know I’ll get high quality nails every time. Highly recommend!
