Carnarvon Tyres and Towing

Fantastic bunch of people that work here. We broke down at Mt Augustas a couple of months ago. Terry drove all the way to retrieve not only our 4WD but also our van.Our problem was a pain in the bum for him but he and the mechanics battle through to fix it for us. 3 weeks latter we arrived back in Perth.Tracey his daughter even lent us her car so we didnt have to hire one.Would thoughly recommend this company to anybody wanted great service.Thanks again Terry & Tracey and the gangGeoff & and Carol

We arrived in Carnarvon about 2.30pm setup van and headed off to find Carnarvon Tyres and Towing. They were extremely helpful, we thought we’d have to wait a day or two to get tyres sorted, but no they did them straight away. As they are RAC we got discounted tyres. The lady in the office was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend themSue J and Roy J

Great service. Booked in for a service and muffler change. Both done in timely manner. Had a problem with our muffler afterwards and they paid for our replacement at another garage as we were on the road.A trustworthy and honest garage.

Our vehicle and van had to be recovered from the outback and taken to Carnarvon and later to home south of Perth. Terry and Carnarvon Toyota were helpful beyond the call of duty, while our wonderful driver, Charles, made the trips pleasant and feel safe. Definitely recommend highly.

Thank you guys so much for your great help! When we broke down we had our dog with us, no problem for them at all. Billy the tow truck driver was super sweet to our dog. They welcomed us at their place, even though it was Sunday evening, and lovely Tracy immediately organised a cabin for us at a dog friendly caravan park where they dropped us off. Transport of us, car and trailer back home was arranged. Terry and Tracy you were amazing! 5 stars!

Don’t go anywhere near it!!We hit a roo on the road to a new job . Only the radiator got damaged. Towed to this place to fix, meantime we had to keep going with a rental car. They just didn’t do anything even after hundreds of times I rang. Then Rego expired after half a year. In the end, I had to sell them the car at 200 bucks. That guy promised his daughter would transfer me the money. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. Been two years now!!!

Top friendly knowledgeable service from workshop to reception! Passing through Carnarvon and we had a flat tyre they were able to slot us in replace both tyres there and then. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. My car broke down at Shark Bay right before long weekend, RAC said that if i got my car towed to Carnarvon they can have a look the next day instead of the following week at Shark Bay. So we paid an extra $300 just to get to Carnarvon and we went to this auto service at 9am the next day. The owner Terry said he will have a quick look so we waited at the reception. No update until we asked for it until 11am. The reception lady said Terry was away but she heard that it was an electrical problem and he needed to bring in an electrician later in the afternoon to have a look. She suggested we go back and she will call us back. And no phone calls until we call back at 3pm, which was when they told us electrician not coming until after long weekend. We told her earlier that we were supposed to leave Carnarvon that night and we already have our accommodation arranged elsewhere. Do not appreciate their service at all. In the end we met with Terry and he said the fan is not working and he had to order it from Perth, but when we asked if he already ordered it he said no. We just left after paying, feeling so frustrated with their service and brought the car to an electrician like Terry said what we need after the long weekend. The electrician said the fan is working fine so it is a mechanical problem. Luckily we didnt leave our car there since they would be ordering the wrong part.
