Worst experience with simran autos. Unexperienced workers they took long time to fix my car but didn’t do any work on it and charge me a lot of money. I will never visit their shop again. Their rating should be below the 0 yet im giving them 1 star

I’ve taken two cars to this mechanic store (Simran Auto Care) in the past 12 months. Both times I was referred to this store by QLD Cheap Tyres Rocklea branch. In both instances the mechanics not only failed to identify the cause of my cars leak, rather they kept the cars for over 1 week, charged me between $300 to $600 per as a diagnostic fee and failed to provide a fix or at the bare minimum a diagnosis.My cars were given back to me in a worse state then when they were dropped off.I took the car to another mechanic that after 2 days had the car back and running and what’s worse the fix was something as simple as a radiator cap replacement.Based on my experience I don’t think this mechanic store is competent and I wouldn’t suggest even trusting them for a basic car service.

I went in for vehicle inspection but my vehicle had a couple of flaws so the person in charged there (not ricky) said you can leave the car here for today, come pick it up tomorrow 10 in morning. I agreed to it and left next day when i call around 10:30 am he says the car is ready to be picked further more he says following work had been completed on your car. It was 30 min drive to the shop on arrival I asked him about the car, they bring it around from yard at back and again after waiting for 15 min more further more inspection carried out and afterwards i came to know no work (zero work) was done on vehicle. The following incident was pretty disappointing as it was not expected of them been bringing my car to them for 3 years but won’t be coming to there shop anymore.
