The serviceman I had today was extremely friendly and professional, correct with his estimation of the time the service would take, and explained all aspects of what he'd done. I was also pre-prepared with the quoted cost, provided last year. Great experience, appreciate the good service.

The man that attended today was very friendly and being 2 females living in the house he was very respectful and kind. We didn’t feel ‘unsafe’ having a male in the house while we were alone. He was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. He also explained thoroughly what to do after he left, checking for leaks after 2 and 24hrs and to let the tap run until clear. 10/10 and took less than 15mins

Friendly and professional serviceman. There was a leak in my tap and was able to change a new faucet on the spot. Very happy with Puratap, it gives us peace of mind to know we are drinking purified clean water.

Very professional service man. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Great new product, upgraded from our 15yo unit. Being able to disconnect it and leave it outside for filter servicing if not home is a great innovation, brilliant customer service and satisfaction. Been a loyal customer for 15yrs, Sophie is amazing at booking us in to suit out schedule. We are very happy and confident in a quality product to provide our whole family with safe fresh drinking water

I drink a lot of water every day, & at this rental property their outdoor water filter was removed before I moved in, 12 years ago. I noticed the water was not drinkable, for me. So I'm very gratified I had my Puratap installed, & have it serviced every 12 months. So I'm not ingesting unsafe & horrible tasting water. I also like that I can take it with me if I move out.

Puratap Water Filters
I have had Puratap since 2010. They replace the filter every year, with a reminder SMS a couple weeks before. This year for the first time since installation, (they expect them to last about 10 years) they replaced the whole system. Awesome business to work with. Thanks @puratap
