Chris is an absolute champ! He is professional and certainly knows how to dry needle. I get the dry needling with massage and it works. I feel so much better after having seen Chris and I can't recommend his services enough.

Chris and his team are worth every single dollar because they are very careful and try to address the individual symptoms and problems.Especially Chris's expert knowledge helps you to understand why exactly this or that hurts. In my case, it was infernal neck pain that disappeared immediately after a session of dry needling and a professional sports massage.Thank you again and all the best for the future.

Disappointed with the poor attitude displayed upon commencement and completion of our massage.Though the massage was good as well as well impeccable cleanliness ie clean towels and surroundings, the attitude of the masseuse and person at front desk was very poor. There seemed to be a lot of stress in the environment and poor customer service, not good when receiving a massage to de-stress!Also both our massages were shortened by 10 minutes (had to pay full price though) and all because only one client form was emailed by the receptionist, how are we to blame for this? It was clear that 2 people were booked in, therefore, it makes sense to send two client forms. Instead, the masseuse had trouble opening her computer to access a second client form which meant it used up our massage time. Not good at all, very unfair and unprofessional ! It left a bad taste on our holiday to Broome!My advice to Kimberly Sports Massage, put your clients first - attend a customer service training course to understand the importance of your customer!
