It's a well equipped and challenging course. The price is quite reasonable. My 9 year old daughter really enjoyed it. comments from her: It's more suitable for kids that love challenges as the courses get harder as you go but also become more fun. Kids of all ages would like it to improve their flexibility and strength. It is also best if your child does not get tired easily as the courses are very energy burning. They also make you very hot and sweaty. All coaches are kind, helpful and very experienced.

The best training place for kids and adults! Mick makes every lesson fun and changes it up weekly so there is no repetitiveness. Both my girls train, have fun, and compete here.. Highly recommend!

My 10yo loves attending junior classes here. Although it is a bit of a trek for us to get to, we have tried closer options but are yet to find one which can compare to OCR. All the instructors are incredibly skilled and encouraging, with the course constantly being kept interesting week to week. Highly recommend.

this is a great fun place to visit with your kids. I love the mini ninja warrior class is that they hold. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an extra activity for their young children.

Great set up to test your skill and fitness. My kids love it and Mick is so encouraging and helpful teaching them the Ninja Warrior" ways.We do weekly classes and a different circuit is set up each week to keep on challenging them.Highly recommended OCRS."

We held a 5yo birthday party here. Needless to say all the kids loved it. Both Mick and Gemma were great with the kids. We went there not quite sure what we was getting into but we are so glad we did. Very highly recommended for any birthday party for kids 5 and older.

My kids have been going here for about 3 years, since they were about 4yrs old. it's done wonders for their physical confidence. Trainer Mick is a great mentor!!

Absolutely amazing place for kids to have fun, use their bodies and develop their self-confidence!! Coach Mick is fantastic with the kids, knows when to help and when to push!! Highly recommend!
