The staff is good but one of the examiner lacks basic communication skills and human decency as I observed from my driving test a couple of weeks ago. He yelled at me and the tone was aggressive and hostile. I paid for the test to not receive treatment like this. Disgraceful and shameful.

All of the older women serving are rude, inconsiderate and SOO patronising and too old to be working on the front counter. They don’t have good customer service skills or people skills in general.
