If I could leave no stars I certainly would DO NOT STOP OR FILL UP AT THIS SERVO! Not only is the staff rude, they have no customer service at all. I needed to top up my tank after 6pm and was told I had to pre pay, now that is fine, but if I dont know exactly how much I need, how can I pre pay.....? Was told just pick an amount. No explanation if we didnt use all that we paid for, just rudeness. Male staff member has a MASSIVE attitude problem and needs to be dealt with accordingly. I have contacted BP directly and raised my concerns about customer service..... find it funny how people treat you considering they have no idea who you have contacts with higher up in the chain of command....

Nothing better than fresh bread and cream buns in the morning. Beautiful chunky steak pies and sausage rolls. Friendly staff and awesome costumer service. Will come back for sure.

Don't know about the rooms as only got fuel and a feed. The service although they were extremely busy was great. The meat pie was quite ample to fill me up. Diesel price was very fair, $2-05 a litre. Quite reasonable. Very happy with the place, btw there were upteen locals" there returning from a festival of some sort

Mataranka Chunky Steak Pie - Best I have had in ages. It was big, the meat was tender and tasty and I was very full from it. The store was bigger than expected and full of all sorts. Was nice to see a bakery in there aswell. The staff were very helpful even though it was extremely busy and they were run off their feet, due to being one of the only places open in town, a pleasant hidden surprise as just looks like a little BP on outside.

After a very long drive a fresh bakery is welcome, a sit down area and new internal cafe area on trial to the public is a great idea, especially when the weather heats up again. We always stop here driving the Stuart. We we were happy with staff helpfulness and openness to feedback and ideas on their new development. Foods good too.

Surprisingly wide range of products including grocery and hardware, fresh bakery, and what may be the best sourdough bread in the NT. Coffee less impressive.

The bakery is worth the stop. We bought fresh baked items there when we didn't need it. Sausage rolls and doughnuts are to die for. The bread is the best. It goes number 2 on my bakery list. Fuel is at a repectable price.

Pies, Tasted the large steak pie (Mataranka Special ) Its the best pie I have eaten in decades. Lots of tasty slow cooked meat and chunky too. Perfect gravy . Its a meal by it self . I have driven from Darwin to Adelaide and back many times and this Road House is the best for food . Sausage rolls are great too.
