I really appreciate Shampooch finding me an appointment so quickly. Bobbie came away looking lovely, particularly since she had some face matting. She was relaxed and happy when I arrived to pick her up.

Experience was fine up until we got our dog home and noticed he had a huge graze from the clippers on his lower abdomen. He was noticeably in pain for 4 days after the groom.Donna (owner) didn’t mention it at pick up, and when I called them to let her know that he was injured by the groomer she promptly told me it was because he was matted. He most definitely was not matted. No apology was offered.They charge a premium price for a sub-par level of care and service.

I have an old husky cross malamute - a big, long, fluffy dog who is a bit stiff in the back legs. Sam came out fluffy and smelled lovely. It took a bit longer than expected but he is loosing his winter fur so its a big job. one week later and Sam is still white (and black and grey) and looking flashy. Very happy with the service

Donna, the owner, was very accommodating to fit my son's dog in during the busy Spring season. My dog used to go to Shampooch over many years before his death. They had good Covid practices in place; they also kept well to the timing so she was ready for pick up before midday; they also understood her sensitivity due to an abcess and were very considerate with that; finally her cut is fabulous. She looks adorable

I've been taking my dog here for years and have always been happy but there has been a change in ownership and the place has gone downhill. My dog must not have been given water the whole time she was there (8 hours), we got her home and she almost drank the whole bowl. She didn't have that 'freshly groomed' nice shampoo smell that she used to have after getting groomed. We asked for a trim and they shaved her almost down to her skin. That's it for me, I won't be back.

My two girls were booked in very quickly. One has severe anxiety. The staff were fantastic, they spent time with the dogs when I was dropping them off to try and reduce the anxiety. My dogs happily went to the back of the premises for some pampering. I was contacted by staff through the day to say that they were happy and relaxed. When I collected them they looked fantastic and were very relaxed, not stressed at all. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends. My dogs have now found a lovely grooming service.

My special boy Bulli (Alaskan Malamute) was well looked after and he was relaxed when we picked him up the guys did a amazing job considering he is going threw a major shedding phase he is back to super fluffy self would definitely recommend.
