Progression Fitness has a great variety of classes and timeslots. No class is ever the same so it doesn’t feel like Groundhog Day. The environment is very friendly and welcoming and you feel part of a team. I believe exercise is best done with a group of people, and Progression Fitness has filled the void I had when I ceased playing competitive team sports. The trainers are very experienced and approachable and enjoy guiding you on your Progression journey. I would happily recommend Progession Fitness to anyone looking for a place to train. #TrustTheProgress

The team at Fithouse make the whole experience great every day I turn up. The classes are planned, I feel like I'm working evenly all-over and they get the best out of me by encouraging me to push my boundaries and get self-motivated. Could not recommend a better group fitness community.

Group training at the next level.. I have never felt fitter than when I train with Progression.. Indoor, outdoor, yoga, strength, sweat, boxing, cycle, pilates... SO many options every day
