A male who answered the phone sounded disinterested, inconvenienced and annoyed when answering a request for a quote for suitable substrate on a project. Disappointing attitude towards potential repeat loyal customers. Appears they don't need the local business or value word of mouth referrals.

Excellent customer service and Matty went out of his way to accommodate my request. The delivery driver, Darrell, was fantastic and unloaded the product exactly where directed. The products delivered, premium soil mix and river pebbles were exactly as described on website. The price for product and delivery was exceptional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a landscaping project. Thank you so much to the whole team that made this delivery possible.
