I received this recliner chair thru Dva for the use to help me with my injuries. It is one of the most comfy chair I have ever had, the reclining system is fantastic it helps with all movements that I need to get me thru the day. The quality of the chair is outstanding the finish is perfect.Thank you Oscar Furnitue and Dva for this perfect product.

My mothers chair mechamism stopped working after 2 years and the part to fix it, actually ALL mechanics are only guaranteed for 2 years. $500 to get the part and fix it. $175 call out fee.The General manager of this company Peter Lardnberg offerred no support after kindly returning my call which is disgusting.It's not acceptable paying $2500 for a chair that lasts 2 years. My mother can't afford to get it fixed at present and really this is a faulty product that snapped. Will it happen in 2 more years?Very dissatisfied with their customer service. The chair is comfortable and great when it was working.Buyer be aware.
