Sydney Tools Parafield

Walked in this morning to purchase a few shovels, on the way out my receipt was checked and then I was also made to stand and have photos taken of me holding the tools with the receipt next to it. Never in my life have I shopped somewhere and been subjected to this, is this a new policy , why do you need to take photos like that ? So weird, the shovel I purchased was successful at digging the trench so I would say this is a staff issue not a product issue

Was served by Dan today. He helped me with all the air tools I needed and the price was amazing.

Not a place I'd recommend, this is a brand new store as part of the new outlet/shopping experience for out north, yet I attended here this week with my dad, (He is a tradie and was dressed in his works kit ). We walked into the store and around the whole shop, and not one person approached us or said hello. I asked if we were looking for anything in particular. There would have been approx. 10 staff just stood there doing nothing, it's all well and good bringing all these new stores to the suburbs but if you don't have people running them properly and offering basic customer service to anyone let alone a trades person then its not a good start. Word of mouth is everything, and therefore, less than satisfactory experiences are what people talk about and share. Management needs to pick up the game with them only having opened a few months ago

Great customer service at Sydney tools Parafield, manager was really helpful to give me all the recommendations and advice about the some tools I purchased for muy husband birthday present.

They do price match with other companies but wouldn’t allow get bonus points on it, ridiculous, storekeeper told me we reduced the price (they didn’t reduce the price they matched it)that’s why wouldn’t give me bonus points on $889, wasted my half an hour for nothing, really bad customer service, wouldn’t recommend going there

The team here were nice enough to put away the last generator I wanted for me behind the desk after selling out in other branches, which I really appreciated as I had come from the other side of town.Friendly staff, particularly Blake, who went beyond his duties by helping me with setting up an Afterpay on my phone (I already had an account but only online), which really helped make a difference to what would’ve been disappointing and frustrating. So I even got some tech help!I have to say the service I received from Sydney Tools Parafield today went a long way to helping me troubleshoot potential problems and I walked away happy. I've noted that they've received previous poor reviews - let's hope the good service I got today is permanent.
