Plastic Warehouse

Placed an order for 3x sheets of foamed pvc. 805 x 605 x 3mm on September the 25th 2022.I received notification today via email that they have started cutting the order.... today is the 2nd of November...I understand that sometimes lead times blow out due to work load etc. But no one notified me of any delays, and I couldn't see any indication of it taking so long on their website.This is a huge problem for me as i operate a small business and have commitments to my clients.I had to source the foam sheet from elsewhere to get my work complete. Very frustrating.Update: Some one reached out to tell me that they didn't have the requested size sheet in stock. They gave me the bigger one at the same price.It arrived quickly and was packaged properly.Im changing this review to 4 stars.

I purchased perspex through plastic warehouse and dealt with Deniz from customer service. He provides excellent service and fast responses. I had multiple questions about the product and how to place the product for my diy and Deniz always got back to me straight away. Product was delivered and arrived as Deniz said. Very happy with Deniz’s communication it’s exceptional.

I called Plastic Warehouse, looking for help to purchase a custom fit floor mat for carpet protection. I was very specfic over the phone when making the purchase that it was for a hospital floor, to protect the carpet from any accidents. They sold us a cast acrilic sheet used for storm resistant windows and durable skylights not even considering refunding or replacing the incorrect order. Hoping to hear from their warehouse manager Josh soon to rectify the issue.

Good product. But the customer service is terrible. Guy on the phone lied couple times about delivery date. Basically delayed couple weeks

Great range of plastics and excellent staff, I found them very helpful and friendly, they certainly understand customer service. Their prices are also good and I love the layout of the website, easy to navigate and functional. Well done Plastic Warehouse.

I buy a lot of equipment online and am usually underwhelmed by how the items are packaged. Not in the case of Plastic Warehouse. I recently purchased a full sheet of ballistic polycarbonate, which was ordered online last Monday and arrived in North Queensland Friday afternoon!And the packaging---the 12mm x 2440mm x 1220mm sheet was strapped to its own full-sized pallet with surfaces protected by corrugated cardboard under fibre board plus substantial corner protectors.Also, dealing with Aaron was a delight.I wish all my online experiences were this good!

I was very impressed with the quality, pricing and delivery timeframe from Plastic Warehouse. I ordered a cut to size product for my workplace, and they were fast, efficient and helpful.
