I attended broadway clinic for an injectable appointment. Andre went above and beyond to ensure I received the best outcome and took the time to explain the process in depth and how I can maintain my skin inbetween appointments to extend the time between visits. Andre understands your individual requirements and skin and will not over inject which was a pleasure.Andre was also extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend him if you are thinking of having Botox or any cosmetic injectable treatments.

Andre is the best injector I have ever been to! He truly cares for his patients and never recommends treatments that he doesn't think would benefit you. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate and provides a comprehensive plan with full breakdown breakdown (treatments, timelines and cost) so you know exactly what to expect. Not only this he is meticulous with his craft and very gentle! I always leave feeling refreshed and looking a lot better than when I walked in!I would not hesitate to recommend Andre to anyone who is seeking some cosmetic work and I am so happy I found him!Also - there are always a lot of laughs too!

My experience at the clinic has been wonderful!! The laser hair removal itself is superbly effective. I completely my 6th session yesterday and the reduction in hair growth is apparent. The clinicians, Tia and Aleisha, I have had in-person experience with during the removal have been really kind and understanding too. I like the clinic and their services. I highly recommend to all who may be interested. It's quite reasonably priced too,considering the effectiveness of their service.P.S. Appreciate the discount on lump sum payment.

I have been seeing Andre at LCA Broadway for a few months now, and honestly I feel so lucky to have found him! Andre has a keen eye for detail and symmetry. He takes time to explain and talk through treatment options that will suit me. He is a very skilled injector, he listens and I always feel like I’m in very safe hands. I recommend Andre and the team at Broadway, they are all just fantastic!

I went to their Broadway branch by the first time and was very impressed by Andres (Nurse). He was very thorough in his assesment. He has a very good eye for detail and I was happy with his advice. He took the time to provide a feedback and answer all my questions without rushing. I even got a follow up call!. Very nice service (Thumbs up).

My personal experience with this center has been really horrendous. Disrespectful staff members. They act bothered when you ask anything. They cancelled my appointment the first time with no reason when I was actually on my way. I decided to give it one more try and was really disappointed ( they tried to cancel a second time 10 min before the treatment then accepted me as I was close.I felt they were doing me a favor for having me there! What a shame really! I was supposed to be pampered and I left with a low level treatment and anxious and sad as well! Even the one star is not deserved.

-I had a treatment from a nurse who recommended I start with a low dose and complete the treatment in 6 weeks time.-I returned for the follow up and the nurse no longer worked there and at that point I had no results.-The new nurse said they didn't feel comfortable taking over someone else's work as they had no notes and that I should wait for the treatment to wear off and start from scratch.- They we're critical of the other nurses method putting the lack of results down to that.-I had paid $500 at this stage.-I contacted management (with some difficulty) and the response was that the nurse had left and that they would not complete the treatment. Well she's no longer here" was repeated.-I was then contacted by a nurse who said they couldn't resolve the issue as they aren't in management.-Awaiting fair trading to review.- Update- After this review Fair trading finally received a response. The response from Amanda at LCA was that I needed to let them know within 2 weeks that I didn't see results. I am unsure why the injector would recommend a 6 week follow up if results are so fast. At the follow up the second injector (rescheduled by second injector as first had quit) suggested I continue to wait for results (at 8 weeks post treatment at this point).They have offered 30% off if I come back and try again. I don't have the trust in this business to risk it."

I always had the best experiences with the team at the laser clinic in Broadway Shopping Centre. My last experience was with Elissa. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and she had a smiley face throughout my visit. Elissa went above and beyond to assist me, providing helpful guidance and answering all my questions with patience. Her exceptional customer service made me feel comfortable and valued as a client.

Andre is hands down the best nurse I have ever seen for injectables & treatments. He really takes the time to understand your concerns and offers all options - clearly outlining costs, outcomes & risks so you have all the information to make your decision & can aim for long term results rather than quick fixes.My face and skin is the best it's ever looked, I really can't recommend him enough.

Andre is an incredible nurse that has made my visits almost enjoyable. He loves his job, and is both professional and knowledgeable, but he is also great fun, and I am very comfortable putting myself in his hands. Highly recommend his services.
