One of the staff members was rude. I was very unwell and the only thing I left the house for was to collect my script. She made me feel like crying telling me to speak up. Made collecting a script such a difficult and stressful experience.

Terrible staff. Glenelg store is great, but this one must be severely underperforming. Pharmacists are professional, but retail staff are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Don’t get me started on one old hag there…

One of the main pharmacists here is extremely short and abrasive. I never generally leave reviews for retail or the like but her attitude has been really rude on multiple occasions. I came in when I had a cold last year when we had no cases and she looked at me like I was a freak because she assumed I had covid, it was a very odd experience!

Don't waste your time by going here!They never have the medication for your script and will waste your time making you wait for over half an hour before telling you. No concept of time or respect for customers.The staff will then be rude about it and not take your complaint seriously or pass you onto a manager. Go elsewhere.

All the staff at Ascot Park go above and beyond to help. If I need help they always are happy to help with a smile on their face.The service manager is so wonderful and nothing is ever to hard for her. Because of Amy and staff I would never go to a different store. Well done team,your amazing.

Female Retail Staff (particularly older one) are rude, judgmental and not welcoming - make you feel like a criminal if you aren't a member! Might be time to send them on a customer service course - will not be coming back and will not recommend to others. Pharmacists are relatively helpful - but retail staff are AWFUL

Walked in and was asked what I was looking for, when I answered it was very VERY clear they were only interested in offering the very most expense products.I understand you're a business but maybe try to be a little less pretentious and actually offer your potential customers the best options, not just the ones with the biggest profit margin?

Recent visit by a family member resulted in a staff member refusing cough medication for a 5 year-old (which is fine). They then had the pharmacist come out and suggest the use of Vicks VapoRub on a reflexology point." After that was dismissed they sold my family member nonsense alternative "medication."If you want

Most terrible pharmacy ever.20 minuets for a simple prescription while clearly working slow and talking about other matters.Seriously you can talk about staff time table and heading to the supermarket after you done all the work.Show no care or concern about customers.If I ever work like that I would’ve been fired.
