I have used the guys a few times. I found them to be efficient and timely with good quality work. Friendly customer service from the lovely lady at the counter through to the boss.

Use to be good until they moved to their current premises.They tell you there is something wrong with your vehicle and there isn't. Quotes are expensive compared to more ethical workshops around town.Will never use them again.

Best service and repairs, prices are very fair and the work is of a high quality. Highly Recommend.

5 week's ago I paid Ross machanics to inform me of why my car was over heating, they wrote me a quote for thermostat, water pump, I got those parts brand new an my mate who's a diesel fitter with his own job put new ones in an said the old ones were fine, so as I don't drive more than 5km a day I didn't know I had same problem untill I drove to town, Ross machanic was phard to be contacted I spent money I did not have an paid them for a service the young lad couldn't get jumper leads off his employee had to borrow off a mate an return later. I've left messages an like I'm getting avoided, I use to think highly of this business but I'm still without a car and shouldn't have to pay another business. I would like this fixed please. Overheating Holden Commodore new water pump,/ thermostat, done been replaced, radiator looks like it's leaking from where I'm not sure I'm no machanic, please help diagnose my problem an I can go from there 6 mayb 7 weeks no car an no message recieved, fingers crossed, thanku.

Eathan owns this bussiness i take my 3 cars to him i like to use bussiness in my area if you dont you lose them good mechanics.i was recommended by friends.

Booked him to look at an issue with my territory. Said he would turn up and never did. Didn't awnser phone or return call. Useless.

Had been quoted around town in excess of $650 + to have wheel bearings done on my old Maverick, these guys quoted $484 then when they came to me!(yes i never had to take my car in) they said it was quicker than quoted and i paid $374 most places would have just charged what i was quoted. Service out standing, left my place cleaner than they came as they cleaned a oil patch from my husbands car that they didn't even make. Couldn't recommend these guys more!!! And they come to you which is so much easier!

Had my car have a full service here at Upper Ross Mechanical, Great job responsible price and they cleaned my tires for that extra touch
