Cassidy real estate managing agent Juliette Chang is completely unprofessional. The worst managing agent I have had the entire time I have been rent apartments. Her lack of people skills as well as her lack of proper communication has made trying to communicate with her a huge problem. There have been times where I have been waiting for a response and it has taken weeks for something to get fixed.
