The service at glassons Fountain Gate is always impeccable. From entering the store for a browse or to shop, I'm always greeted. Getting to the change rooms, there's always someone super lovely there to assist. Always a nice experience, the staff are very happy and friendly compared to a lot of other retail stores.

We visited Glassons today. Soon we entered the store a woman working there came up to my daughter and checked her to see whether she was stealing, despite her not even trying to leave the store or anything. My daughter was carrying an item from a previous store, however this gave her no right to check her accusingly since we had just entered the store and had not even began to leave the store. This is absolutely disgusting as it seems as it was targeted at my daughter in particular due to her race.

Great customer service by the crew every time I visit with my daughters. They are friendly and always happy to help. Store has plenty of trendy new clothes designed generally for teenage girls and below.

Went to Glassons in Southland . All the customers took off the mask. We are in a pandemic . Government guidlines were not adhered to . I will never shop with your company again . Staff had the mask tucked under their chin. You are a fast fashion chain but care very little for your customers.

Im a jeans freak and saw a pair in the window that I couldnt resist. The shop was full of youngsters enjoying the experience that this shop offered, and in no time I was being supported by a wonderful staff member. She instantly found me a changing room and was as excited as I was, a perfect fit, the jeans are amazing. Thank you for not making me feel invisible, a grateful 73yr old.

awesome clothing but the music at the fountain gate store is WAY to loud. i still go in because i love the clothing but the music is just overwhelming

Went in yesterday (a busy Sunday), staff are nice and will not bombard you unless you ask for help. One girl was helpful at the change rooms but got a bit overwhelming. The girl at the checkout helped me to see where discounts were on the app and found that I had one. Very helpful and nice of her since she went out of her way for it.

Absolutely disgusting, not one staff member had a mask over their nose as they dont want to ruin their makeup at Westfield fountain gate. Definitely need to clean up their act, change room line is never socially distanced either
