If I could give 0 stars I would.I went in to see if I could have a necklace (admittedly a dainty one) repired as it had one tear in the chain.The owner proceeded to pull the chain apart in front of me. When I protested he said condescendingly that the chain was faulty and that there was nothing he could do. In literally 3 years of owning the necklace and wearing it daily, it had only broken this once.I'm now left with a chain in 20 pieces, with no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. Honestly the most horrific experience I've ever had. No accountability, no kindness, and not deserving of a cent of anyone's money.Do your self a favour an take your business literally anywhere else.
