Room was not expensive and booked late. Person who checked me in was niceThe next day which was Sunday from 7am cleaners constantly coming banging. I asked if i could have a later checkout and was fine but they were annoying af so probably won't stay again. Teeny tiny rooms and had originally asked for a balcony and thought it was arranged but get therr and they didn't have my booking.

Was a beautiful room at first glance, but it didn't last very long. The carpets were covered in stains and were filthy, my bedding was all stained, and the doona was not even in a cover, only between 2 sheets, so the yellowed filthy doona was constantly coming out. No cutlery in the rooms, the iron and kettle supplied were filthy and unusable. The room was much smaller than expected and was very hard to stay in for 5 nights. The walls seemed paper thin and could here every word being said in the neighbouring rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and hotel was in a fairly good location. Probably wouldn't recommend unless just staying for the night.

Comfortable clean and modern room with friendly staff at reception. The room was smaller than expected with a bed that took up too much space. It was tight getting around the room. While the bathroom was more spacious. The desk and robe arrangement was a disappointment. Why aren't there USB hubs in rooms today. The lift between floors is s l o w...

Nice hotel. Its a hidden gem. Had a short stay here and found it very reasonable for the price.Got upgraded to suite for being accor plus and nice bottle of wine.Great customer service. Restaurant bit is not open but the cafe is and you can have coffee and pastries which were excellent.

Mantra Terrace Hotel is on Aston Terrace, Spring Hill close to many amenities of Brisbane CBD. It is a quiet and pleasant hotel. The room I was assigned was clean and filtered out any adjacent traffic noises. They are currently not operating the restaurant but there are plenty of eatery choices nearby reachable by foot even. They although run a bar and you can certainly pick up a coffee or a drink. In the foyer they have water and a coffee machine available for the guests but unfortunately it was out of order during my stay. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Also quite helpful with directions around town. Plenty of car parks available in the vicinity of the hotel. A short stay at the Mantra Terrace certainly helped conduct a successful trip to Brisbane. Definitely recommend it.

Small but clean hotel, bar is just in the lobby. However, the location is so good. If you like to drink, lots of bars nearby but no good restaurants in the surrounding area.

This hotel is a good solid hotel which I previously stayed in when under previous management. The rooms are decent and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The facilities are a little limited (always were) so if you are looking for pool/gym/sauna etc you will be disappointed. However it is very close to the CBD and to Central Station so you can explore Brissie and surroundings very easily from here. My only criticism would be the lack of a good breakfast. When I used to stay here they did a very good brekkie downstairs which was a highlight. However, Brisbane is not short of some very good places to have breakfast so, while disappointing, it’s not a huge downside.

Second time staying here and just as happy as last year. Very handy location, walking distance to central station. Front of house staff were helpful and attentive, thank you Alex who served us 2 years in a row :) The room is on the small side but it's clean and everything works. Soundproofing is not the best, luckily noises don't bother me that much, but may be a problem for the light sleepers/people who are more sensitive to noise. The Cafe downstairs makes great coffee.

Great hotel. Really impressed with the friendly staff. Rooms and location were very nice. I think for the price, service and location it is a very good place. Props to the interior design of the rooms.
