I bought a pair of work shoes today, but at the checkout, the clerk took out a set of shoe protection and waterproof cleaning kits, but did not tell me in advance that this product is for money. I only found out that I needed $20 after the checkout. , I feel very bad, I am forced to buy useless products.I will tell my friends & Fb not to go to this store.

The customers service really lacks in this shop. I just went to buy a pair of working shoes here today with my friend who recommended me to buy my shoes here. But the Manager there was really rude to us from the beginning for no reason and when we asked her to give us her name and she completely refused us saying that She is Colombian and that's the way she expresses hereself". Which made no sense at all.I hope this issue will be taken seriously by the higher-ups because its just going to hurt your sales going forward."

Employee; Billie is very rude and condescending towards customers. Lacks positive communication skills to solve minor issues and continues to make customers feel attacked by berating them. She believes in, I quote, business" over delivering the best quality items to customers. Not the kind of customer service rep I'd want for a leading brand. She also refuses to re-print receipts because they're apparently property of the store only. Unsure where that policy derives from. Very disappointed."

Attended the Casuarina store the other day and the manager at the site was amazing. She definitely knows the product. She was so helpful and very patient with my teenager, he tried on about 10 different types of shoes before making a selection. The manager was more than willing to help and very friendly, which made the experience so much easier. Would definitely recommend this store for their service10/10.

Son tried on 4 shoes and female manager was very pushy making him feel uncomfortable. Wasn't a pleasant experience and they lost a sale because of it. Reading other reviews I am not the only one experiencing problems.

Manager was rude and abrupt to customers. Staff did not serve us and just stood at the register. Won't return again

Went into Skechers casuarina today to buy a pair of shoe for my niece but wow the service was really bad! Comparing to the excellent service 2 yrs ago!The lady who looks like a manager was very unfriendly and unhappy! Said the shoe we after only goes up to size 9 junior when clearing the skechers website size stated for the exact same shoe goes up to 13, 1, 2 & 3! She wasn't very helpful! She didn't even offer to help order online to avoid the shipping cost!She told another customer to go away and come back in 10mins as she was by hereself! What happens to the good service Skechers??? Very disappointed.

Today,June 17,2022 around 3 p.m.When I picked up my kids we went straight to this store to buy shoe for my daughter.All of my shoes are skechers .We were entertained by one of the sales lady. She asked me what school my kids went.Because they are still in their uniform.And without hesitation the lady said straight to our face THAT THE UNIFORM IS VERY UGLY BUT IT IS THE SCHOOL THAT MATTERS ".My daughter was shocked and holding her tears and I was speechless.I don't want to make a scene in the store.My daughter told me that she don't want to wear her uniform anymore. And also she told me that I will give review for the lady and give ONE STAR FOR BEING RUDE. This LADY HURTS THE FEELINGS AND GAVE A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE OF MY CHILD.She cries when we left the store.Although

What a service by the Skechers. The Manager named Maria Clara really helped me to find the perfect match for my needs. she is the manager of the store and truly is well-deserved the position. Keep up the good work! Recommended!
