These guys were fantastic. Dropped my Victa mower in for a service with a dodgy starter and it came back clean, with a new starter button. All within a couple of hours for very little cost. Peter was great. Highly recommend buying or getting your equipment serviced from this team.

Bought a new Honda whipper snipper here I dealt with Anthony excellent customer service even filled the tank up for Me heaps of accessories to choose from from mowing to bike accessories and parts .

THIS IS WRONG DEALER REVIEW SHOULD BE FOR BRISBANE MOWER CENTRE PICKERING ST took my Honda HRU 216hru self propelled mower in because drive was slipping, picked up lasted 1 mow before problem happened again, so took it back on 2 more occasions for same problem eventually left with a mower not fixed ???????????????????????

I live interstate and wanted to buy a Husqvarna lawn mower for my mother who lives locally. Although I couldn't order the lawn mower online, I submitted a query through the website and had a phone call from the shop the same day. Jason and his team were super helpful in organising the purchase over the phone and had the lawn mower delivered the next day. They also helped my 75 year old mother set it up, which was an unexpected extra level of service, and greatly appreciated as she's not all that savvy with these sorts of things! Cannot fault the service and speed of delivery.

They just want your money

Returned a faulty pressure washer 5 months in to a 2 year warranty. 10-weeks later I am still chasing a refund or repair, even though they committed to repairing the unit when I returned it in January. Terrible customer experience. Beware!

Ordered and paid for a ride on mower in May, after we paid for it they then told us there will be a wait on the catcher. We wouldn’t get it until September. I never heard from them so I called and was told that we will get it on the 2nd of September. The 2nd came and went never received any calls, so I called and then was told it was placed on back order and will arrived the 26th. Today is the 26th so I called them in the morning and was told I will receive a call back. I didn’t. My partner drove to the store where they turn around and told him we wouldn’t get the catcher until the end of October!!We have now asked for a refund (hopefully that won’t be an issue to get back) and are going to go somewhere else. We are trying to run a business and paying for a machine and not getting to use it and very costly!!Very unhappy considering all it takes is a little communication!

Staff know their products and provide great service. Bought 3 saws there now.

Terrible service. I left a number of messages and nobody returned my call. I was told that the service department was not open on Saturdays. My mower was in for a service for over 2 months. I turned up yesterday and collected it without telling them. Don't use them at all for anything.
