Couldn’t believe how rude, insolent and unapologetically disinterested the staff at Working Gear. They are supposed to be in a customer service industry. They will never get my service again. I will also encourage anyone who asks me to choose another supplier.

Placed an online order on early Aug and delivered end of Oct. Received a poor quality boots so I sent photos by email. They asked me to wait until they receive a contact from their supplier. 15days later they said that manufacturer replied that as the product is leahter this is sometimes how the boots can be produced. so I have asked them to forward the email they received from manufacturer but Working gear never reply since then.

Highly disorganised business. Waited for items to be posted out only to find out they were not in stock. Had to follow up multiple times. Do not recommend using this business.

Ordered online only to be told a day later, after receiving a confirmation, that they didn't have the size I ordered in-stock and wouldn't be available again for over 3 months. Was offered another size but if I wanted that size I would have ordered that size. Have asked for a refund but seems that isn't a high priority for their customer service team because I haven't gotten a reply

Best customer service! Bought school uniform for my daughter the other day, beautiful staff member pulled it out the boxes which were just delivered to save me another trip. Easy returns with smiling face, thank you :)

Dropped in to get some new boots. While they didn't actually have what I was after, I did find the staff member who assisted me to be knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly professional. The prices of what they did have were reasonable and their selection seemed pretty good.

Has a huge range. What sizes they don't have they order in. I. got my little girl her first uniform for kindergarten and was happy with product and price. We were there for ages but the gorgeous, friendly and polite owner made sure the entire uniform fit perfectly!

Extremely rude staff to be precise on Friday morning 3rd Feb 2023. Staff just absolutely didn't wanted to move from the desk. While having a conversation, she kept on rearranging stuff at the desk and didn't bother even looking at us. I smelled that unwillingness and left the store.

Finally a good experience to get my staff their corporate uniform. Such friendly staff who really helped me work out what I needed and what would last and look good. I highly recommend the staff and range at Workin Gear Corporate, plus they were so price competitive as well!!

Best online shopping experience I've ever had. Called the store to check what I wanted was in stock, got confirmation and it was put aside for me. Less than 24hrs from placing the order online to receiving it - I'm a few hundred Ks away and it's a COVID runup to Christmas. Highly recommend, great customer service!
