Had a shocking experience!Damaged prop, late December 2019.Left boat at Maverick to be fixed through insurance.No communication for all of January and no returned phone calls.Limited communication from Feb to April, and struggled to get passed admin desk to get updates on when the job would be complete.Picked up boat in April (4 months later, missed our first Summer on the water)We were advised the hull would be completely gel coated, boat detailed, and $300 returned as we paid extra for another prop.The boat was returned with the battery dead, the job was half complete, and we have had no luck getting our $300 back.Never had a worse experience with any business.

Thanks Doug & the guys for a late arvo emergency hand. We were literally up the creek without a paddle with only a couple of mid week days off & a outboard breakdown.These guys did the extra mile to get us up and going quickly with all integrity and pleasant treatment to a customer you could hope for.Great service, genuine nice staff and great work done.Thanks tonnes Doug & your team.
