Supagas Sunshine

With the worldwide helium shortage, it is very difficult to get helium at the moment. I contact my suppliers on regular basis to check their helium situation. Recently, I contacted Supagas Sunshine branch and talked to a lovely lady called Maree. She was very friendly and really helpful. She told me they might have some helium coming soon and suggested I keep in contact with them. After many calls, I was able to order some helium with her and she even managed to set up a delivery schedule. As the schedule was changed a few times, at the end she even made sure they were on board the delivery truck! My boss and I really appreciated her help. Worst experience ever. I totally understand lots of companies short staff, however that is not an excuse of cutting off customers phone calls again again and again, being put on hold for 15 minuets and left aside, cut off, call again cut off and again. Placed order from Monday last week which scheduled delivery on last Thursday, however, no one had ever contracted me, and nothing arriving, I have to call them to trace up, and promised and nothing happening. This is probably the last time I would call. Bye bye!

Got a bottle oxygen from them a while back. We have paid your invoice 909834 for a total of seven times and you are still sending us invoice with occuring interest. Literally enough is enough. See you in court if you want to debt collect us. We have no interest and time even bother try to call you again and you can do whatever you want with your invoice. We paid it so many times and we are sick of teaching you how to do reconciliation if your accounts team is so uneducated and clueless.

UPDATE: Customer services come to follow up.Never answer phone call, not allow you come to factory pick up, only phone order not online order, they claim website shut down, since 5-7 years til now.I don't undertstand how you order from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I have put in weekly pick up requests for a year now with no success, they have the nerve to still try and charge hire fee. If you get through to reception after the half hour wait, the receptionists are the rudest customer service" reps I've ever spoken to."

This company is an actual joke! Constantly missing delivery deadlines if they attend at all. Website states they open at 8am which is a lie, its now 8.30am and the gates are shut and good luck trying to get them on the phone, no answer on the main phone number and messages are full of what I can only imagine is disgruntled customers. If you value your company stay far away from Supagas as they simply do not care about their customers. This is the last straw, will be going elsewhere for our gas needs from now on.

terrible customer service and gas doesnt get delivered when they say. When phoning in to check status of delivery they put you on hold and forget about you

Been a long time customer of Supagas and still get treated like garbage. Always either come early as in 2 hours before we even open or never come at all. It also wouldn't hurt you to answer your phones instead of leaving me on hold then hanging up the call after 10 minutes of waiting.

For more than 3 weeks, I have been calling about the days of replacing the gas Cylinders and every time it will arrive tomorrow, and until now, nothing has arrived!the customer service here has been terrible, they never answer their phones, and never return messages literally need to ring them dozens of times before someone finally answers, IF YOU ARE UNDER STAFFED LIKE YOU KEEP SAYING, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Honestly pathetic service.

I have to agree with the other 1-star posts. Decade plus long-time customer. Atrocious service. Supagas delivered a defective oxygen cylinder in March, did replace it the next day but have continued to insist we pay for defective cylinder. They don't answer their phones, never respond to voicemail, never respond to emails (even marketing emails) and if you try to visit them to sort out account a security guard tells you to get back in your car. I handed him a document explaining our issues and asked him to hand it in to office. No response in person just an email saying they've cut off supply to us completely.
