I love this centre and the staff !!

Bright Horizons staff are incredibly caring and friendly. Their communication is great and I feel confident that my son is in the best care and learning new things all the time. A really lovely centre all around!

Great childcare

Absolutely disgusting, negligent and unethical. Do not send your children here! 3 seperate complaints to the Education Department involving children kicking others in the stomach; my child being punched in the eye and another indicent. No incident report or notification by staff! We are still waiting for answers. Senior Management have gone missing in action and the acting director won't respond. They are ruthless and cut corners, leaving inadequate numberso of staff. Who knows what else happens behind closed doors parents don't know about. Duty of care and your children's safety is not guaranteed. They will also try to make you apply for funding to access an additional child care worker so they don't have to fork it out of their own pocket. How do they do this? By making you believe that your child needs additional assistance, colloborating with pre school field officers and then asking you to label your child with a diagnosis aND referral to access funding from the government.
