Had a fantastic experience with Mcrae. I dealt with Alicia throughout the process of buying a car and trading in my relatively new RAV4. My enquiry was a tricky one however Alicia was extremely knowledgeable. If I was being honest another car dealership had the exact car I was after but they had zero customer service. Mcrae Motors team were amazing. Credit to Sam, Chelsea and Alicia there service is outstanding. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I wish I had this service when I originally bought a new car from a competitor.

Wow!!!!!! What a brilliant experience with Sharelle Bailey, Gary and the McRae Team.We went in on Wednesday 1st of July, indecisive of 3 different brands of cars we were looking at, Sharelle came and greeted us and within the hour we had gone on a test drive, our questions answered by Gary and Sharelle and we happily purchased our New Qashqai.Sharelle and Gary made the process so simple and it was a very relaxing experience without any feeling of being inconvenienced.We picked up our new car yesterday and are very very very happy with the pick up transition as well.We highly recommend anyone looking at purchasing vehicles to pop in and see Sharelle, Gary and the team and they will look after you.We'll be sharing the McRae love with our connections, family and friends and will happily recommend McRae Motors Wodonga.Job Well Done Sharelle your an absolutely beautiful woman and thank you soo much for the lovely experience:)

Today I picked up my dream car. After some not so great experiences with other dealers I was so lucky to find Shane!I have been chatting with Shane for about a month whilst waiting for my Sorento to arrive. He has kept me updated every step of the way, nothing has been too much trouble or no question too silly. The offer to assist post sales despite not being my local dealer is amazing!His knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond is second to none. To say the 2.5 hour drive was worth every minute is an understatement. I am even considering making the trip for servicing if I get the run around at my local dealer.Thank you Shane from the bottom of my heart for making the process so easy and enjoyable. I'll be back!As I only dealt with Shane, I am unable to comment on the rest of the staff at McRae, but would not hesitate to recommend Shane to anyone.

We got our new car from McRae Wodonga two days ago. Sharelle was great and very helpful from start to end of the purchasing process and also car was delivered two weeks before the promised date.

After being told from Kia in Echuca that kia don't make a genuine ignition barrel and I need to source an aftermarket barrel I then rang McRae motors they had a barrel here in 3 weeks and installed. Great job nice people to deal with all were very pleasant.

Love my new Kia Seltos.. Great service from the team. Had a long wait to get it but Shane kept me informed on where things were at and probable delivery times. Pleased I waited for my order because I love the car.
