Staff are extremely professional and polite. Went out of their way to assist family member that was less mobile get in and out of our car when being serviced and very accommodating. Honestly I could not recommend anyone higher then Casey! She is honestly the best sales agent in any car yard in Sydney! We have dealt with her 3 times now and it has been an amazing experience all 3 times. I recommend all our family and friends to her if they ever want to buy a Hyundai. Honestly she makes buying a car so exciting and never judges and only there to assist and give you the best outcome!Also Taylor! She is a bloody gem! Tim showed me around models and versions that might best suit me. The Penrith team do justice to Hyundai's good reputation. The building looks well overdue for a renovation, but don’t let that put you off - I was very impressed with the quality of service here. Our vehicle’s service was completed within the timeframe quoted and we were consulted ahead of time regarding any additional costs and recommendations, which were left entirely to our discretion. Pricing on servicing and spare parts were both very fair. Will definitely be returning here for future Hyundai servicing.

Being an extremely fanatical and passionate car owner, I only ever want the best for my car. Dealerships sometimes get a bad wrap for their servicing, but not this place. I am always treated with so much respect and feel like I am actually cared about. Elise and Nicole have always been a true stand out to customer service, both over the phone and in person. Nothing is ever to hard. I have been a valued customer for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come. My cars are always in good hands and all work that is promised is done.
