Sunoom Chinese Massage

SHOCKING, $125.00 luxurious pack was a disaster, the women was rubbing/sliding her hands and knuckles up and down the back of my body, no technique no pressure point just poor effort to kill the time. Requested to speak to the boss for my complaint, he decided to give more extra time with a deep tissue massage which was more of a disaster, the massage person tried to kill me by pushing deep down on my bones rather then the muscle pain. Terrible.. never return to this place again, unexperience masseuse, old Chinese people migrate to Australia to find something to do in there spare time.

They are very skill on meridian collaterals operating practice. So the body feel retro and healthy more quickly. and it is the fair price on the service. Staff are more polite and friendly. My neck pain has an obvious improvement after only 10 minutes massage. will referal them definately.

Tried the foot spa massage. The massage was okay, the women did a sincere job. The owner( male)was very loud. And we were not able to relax. Will not recommend if u really need a relaxing time. Hygiene was also a bit of concern.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. Absolute rubbish, the guy talks to himself while giving the massage plus has no idea what he’s doing!Now my back feels worse than before I went in..Ive never wanted a massage to hurry up and end so badly in my life.(sanctuary lakes)

Worst massage I have ever had !!!! They were way to hard even tho I asked them to go softer about 4 times. Now the pain they have caused has kept me up all night. If I could put a sign out front of sunoom Chinese massage telling people to never go here dont wast your money or time I would.

Highly recommend Cindy for Deep Tissue remedial Massage. I had a stiff neck today and Cindy carefully Massaged through the back, hands, shoulders and carefully to the neck and head. I barely was able to move when i walked in. Went out all flexed and relaxed!

Absolutely agonising!I asked to be more gentle x3, I know I will be told in 2-3 days it will be better but I came home and cried with pain & still can’t move my neck into a “looking up” position. Definitely not relaxing, stressed me out incredibly.

Extremely bad. All they do is application of oil & move their fingers up & down without giving any pressure. Too expensive comparatively. Worst massage service ever.

Book the whole body remedial massage with them, they told me the foot rub is not included, I requested him to just press my both foot for 5mins in total only to give a finishing touch, the guy on the reception told me it will take off 5mins from the total hour, we agreed, it was suppose to take 5mins out of total body massage but instead they left me without massaging my full front legs. So if you have to leave the legs without massage in order to cover the 5mins foot rub should have told earlier to choose the option,dont agree or mislead the customers.this definitely not a full body massage but payment was definitely. Also the therapist they talk each other in between very loud- unprofessional. Never visit again .

Totally enjoyed deep tissue massage. Cindy was really an awesome person. Both masssge as well as customer service was very professional. I would highly recommend 'Sunoom Massage' at Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre.
