Kim and team looked through all scenarios, were thorough and took the time to explain what they did and their conclusion to fix the issue.Have been going here for 15 years and don’t ever see a need to head anywhere else.

Went in to get my pink slip done for registration, left the car with them and got a call back saying I had a whole bunch of things to fix, when only one really needed to be fixed, quoted me 1.5-2k worth of repairs. Took my car to a place in brookvale, fixed it overnight for me for 350. Don’t recommend these guys at all

Booked in for a service to fix my power steering and engine, the team are super quick, professional, called ahead to let me know what they were doing and provided a rough quote, and when I picked it up they had also CLEANED MY CAR! Thank you guys, you made a slightly distressful experience very smooth - will be back.

I am a local and have been going to Top Tune for over 20 years with all sorts of cars. Kim and the team there always have gone over and above to look after my car and the service is outstanding. My daughter had just bought a second hand Range Rover and it broke down. Kim and the team Kim did everything they could to get her back on the road again in record time. I would thoroughly recommend them and their attention to detail, skills and customer care.

It is never in my interest to leave a terrible review, but I feel obliged in this case. Came into the shop for a routine service for my BMW which cost $1500 for brakes and oil leaks and still allowed me to leave with the oil symbol on saying ‘it’s not an issue’ - Of course this is my fault but I placed my trust in the mechanical expertise. 2 weeks later my car breaks down in the middle of driving and required a tow truck, which seems confusing after I just got the car serviced. This may have been a separate issue but should have been identified in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone for their own safety, instead take it to a specialist and save your money for quality parts.

It is most unfortunate that I have to give a bad review. I booked my car in for the ' pink slip' inspection. Normally mechanics do this on the spot. Oh no these guys were apparently very busy. We will call you. Anything please call me first. No problem they said. In the afternoon they called me to say the bill was $1200. Umm what. I said I just wanted a pink slip. You needed. Extra work etc. I had to pay the bill. I took the car to my cousins mechanic in Wollongong who said I'm unsure why you were charged this amount of money for work or required for a pink slip. He said I think you've been. 'Had' ! From what I can see on your Honda Civic it was fine. And telling you two years in a row you needed a new tail light is a bit of a joke.

BEWARE !!! Completely overcharged, $900 for an oil change and testing the battery and quoted thousands more for work my usual guy charges next to nothing for.They told me I need a new alternator and battery to which I said no I don’t as I only had a new one three months ago and had the NRMA come out and check after to which they told me I was right and had avoided wasting $1300. Disgusted.Complete liar.

I dropped my Jaguar off for a routine service, where they then discovered the previous mechanic I had used had cut corners and bodged repairs. l didn’t know that I would be leaving my pride and joy with a team that has a combined experience of over 50 years working with Jaguars. When I picked up my car it was in immaculate condition. The repairs and maintenance had been completed with the highest regard to perfection, professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend the team at Top Tune Automotive to anyone looking for automotive repairs and maintenance that’s better than any dealer certified mechanic on the lower north shore.
