The team at Naturally Timber Furniture were great. The dining table, chairs and coffee table are stunning, even more beautiful than we thought they were going to be. Even the delivery guys were great even though it wasn't easy for them. We're already considering our next purchase which I'm sure the delivery guys will be dreading. I can't recommend Naturally Timber Furniture highly enough.

Amazing service! We have a cantilever umbrella on our terrace with an ugly old black plastic base to hold it down which is too large for ready made covers. Naturally Timber designed, manufactured and delivered a beautiful wooden cover which makes the terrace look so much nicer! The design process was a breeze, the product is beautiful, and the delivery was excellent, they even installed the whole thing in no time. Thank you!

We recently renovated our home and wanted a dining table that would be a pivotal point in our open plan living area. We were underwhelmed by the options in the big furniture shops, which is when we started exploring custom made tables. Most were out of our price range.Then we came across the Naturally Timber website. We were blown away by the unique table designs and the beautiful craftsmanship. We found a table top on their sale page that was exactly what we were looking for and was within budget, but the legs on the sale model didn’t work for our chairs.The team worked with us to put new legs on the table, communicating and sharing design drawings along the way.The finished product exceeded our expectations. It is stunning. And on top of the beauty of the product, the staff at Naturally Timber were a delight to work with. Some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced.

Naturally Timber have been absolutely brilliant every step of the way. Their team are all so lovely and helpful and are patient while you make decisions. I ordered a 2m wide Contempo bookcase in Victorian Ash. Emelia and Todd helped me through the process start to finish and both were just fantastic. Emelia kept in touch throughout the process with plenty of updates. The workshop team had the bookcase made super quickly and I was able to have the bookcase delivered before Christmas. The delivery process was also excellent with plenty of reminders and updates ensuring I had enough time to leave work and meet them at home. The bookcase is stunning. Beautifully made and exactly what I was after. I had some issues screwing the two units together originally but after an email to the team I had a really helpful response from Todd which solved the problem. I have had some difficulty getting the pegs all the way into the adjustable shelve holes but this has not affected the usability. Overall an amazing experience throughout the process start to finish and would recommend Naturally Timber to anyone looking for customised solid timber furniture.

I can't believe how quickly this company prepared an order of a large book case/cupboard and desk. If you purchased from a company that comes from offshore,it take many months before you get delivery. Naturally Timber Furniture took an order, built it to the measurements, and then installed it on site - in no more than 4 weeks.The quality of the work is excellent, using timber from WA. A fantastic job. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to use them again, in fact already planning a new project.

We got a whole range of Mango Creek furniture from Naturally timber. We’re very happy with the customer service. Emelia is very helpful and was patient with us throughout the selection process. The furniture is beautifully made and is very high quality.

The guys recently made a custom coffee table piece for us after we bought our 1st dining table, buffet and entertainment units back in 2006. They make the most stunning furniture. Highly recommend their business

Naturally Timbers made us a magnificent desk exactly to our specification a modification of one of their own designs. The desk, craftsmanship and materials were fantastic, better than I hoped. The service and responsiveness of the team was wonderful. The desk was even delivered a few weeks early. Overall an excellent experience and I thoroughly recommend them.

Firstly their folding table is amazing, we have a slimmer kitchen area and most of the time it is just two of us, it operates perfectly every time and looks great.I also must say, Emelia provides a level of customer service that is rarely found now days, with her assistance we selected what we liked, were given a great price then the pieces were delivered on time and at a reasonable rate. We have since been back to buy again, would not hesitate to recommend buying here.

The team at Naturally Timber were professional from the selection of timbers and design through to ordering and after sales service. We were able to do everything online and over the phone due to current lockdown restrictions. We ordered a dining table and lamp table in camphor laurel. The timber and finishes are beautiful in quality and the design is perfect for our space.
