Worst customer service. Zero understanding with being unavailable for scheduled installation even with a weeks notice. Then get hit with $165 call back fee each for 2 units for what was a less then 20min job. Strongly recommend avoiding and looking for someone else.

We used ASQB recently, to fix two sliding balcony doors. These guys really know their stuff. After having multiple attempts to fix by generalists to no avail, ASQB knew what the issue was within a few minutes. Their vans were well stocked with spare parts for all sorts of doors and windows. They had the parts with them on the spot. Both sliding doors are now brand new. 10/10. Thank you ASQB. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys were fantastic .When out of their way even though I was being quite difficult. THe service was great and the girls on the phone were awesome and very accommodating. The workmanship was to my knowledge A1 they were clear with the timing and very polite to me and my kids.Thanks ASQB.

Recently had Gaston conduct a window inspection of our apartment. He was professional, punctual and made what can be a laborious job a seamless and pleasant experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and a credit to the ASQB company. My husband and I both highly recommend this group and Gaston.

I needed repairs done to a glass sliding door that wasn't sliding well due to rust damage. And also a window that was breaking off its frame. The guys did an excellent job with the repairs. I'd highly recommend them!

I recently had ASQB repair my timber windows, they would not stay open and would rattle when it was windy.Both the office team and tradesman were such a pleasure to deal with. I can now open my windows and they were also able to stop the rattling.Highly recommended. Thank you again for your amazing work
