Melanie Evans at Travel Associates planned the most wonderful vacation for us - in record time. We had a last minute change of plans and Mel completely rescheduled us in one day. She had great recommendations and improved our original so-so schedule into a dream Australian vacation. She was so responsive to every question. I just can't say enough good things about our experience with her and Travel Associates. So many thanks!

I have booked 5 cruises now with Sonja, who has gone above and beyond what I would have expected every time. From keeping us informed on possible weather events (A cyclone in Fiji!) to just helping us book our shore excursions, she has been absolutely incredible every step of the way - even to the point of calling us 2 months after we had already booked because she had managed to get it a little cheaper for us. It's people like her that keep us coming back. Highly recommended!

I can't express enough how much I've valued Stewart's wise guidance and extremely responsive communications when booking unusually stressful and challenging travel arrangements. Someone in your corner you can count on, not just whilst making arrangements to travel but also monitoring the constantly changing landscape throughout a trip. Regular, clear and considered messages and communication in general to reassure you that you'll be first to hear of anything should you need to. A level above anything I've ever experienced in this industry. And a great bloke too.

I’ve booked several holidays with Cruiseabout Mosman - 5 weeks in Brazil, a week in Byron bay and a trip to Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road, my first cruise on P&O to the Great Barrier Reef, followed by a fantastic Carnival cruise to New Caledonia. Ken and his team are the best travel agents in Sydney. Highly Recommended!

I have dealt with Stewart from Travel Associates for a few years now and he has always been great in responding to queries or issues. Like many people, we had to reschedule and ultimately cancel our trip to the US due to COVID19. This is a rather complicated process and Stewart took care of all the steps required to get refund from both the Airline and tour operators while keeping us in the loop as the process moved forward.Stewart is extremely knowledgeable on all things travel related and has made some great suggestions for both Hotels and Restaurants in Hawaii. Very much looking forward to locking in our next adventure with Stewart.
