It's been a few years since my child attended but it had great facilities, great programs and wonderful caring staff.

Pretty good place for a dump and run, Highly recommend if you wish to leave your kid permanently

Jack and Jill were promising when we toured, the staff were friendly and they assured us that our <2 year old would flat between the toddler area and the bigger kid area as his behaviour warranted.. after a couple of months of receiving regular reports that he was happy, enjoying himself, and has no problems we were called in to collect him early, told that he had been problematic for 8 weeks or so, that he would require additional staff on to care for him which they could not afford, and they were not willing to let him in with the bigger kids where he thrives and instead kept him in with the much younger children where he was going stir crazy.I held off on posting a review until we had experience in another child care centre as I didn't want to post anything that was not Jack and Jills fault, but since moving him he is thriving, getting the care and attention he craves, enjoying his days to the fullest, and coming home demonstrating skills and good behaviour that he has picked up from the centre.Jack and Jill gives the impression that they are money driven, and only interested in caring for easy" children who they have to provide minimal effort to care for."
