Inhale Life - Horsley Park

Inhale Life at Horsley Park is a divine oasis for a growing community of beautiful, warm hearted students and teachers of yoga and meditation. Every time I walk through the door, I feel welcome and relaxed. There are different teachers, each with their own unique style and energy but every class I have attended shares a common essence of authenticity and integrity.Each student is honoured, each student is met in their practice, each class is crafted for the group of students who are present in the room. If you walked into a class, you would not see a room of cardboard cut out figures striving to copy the teacher in pretzel-like poses! Rather, you would observe a room of individuals practicing from the heart, listening to their body with poise and presence and being guided with grace and humility in their personal practice by teachers who truly teach from their heart and personal journey.There are fantastic offers/passes for people who would like to try a few yoga and/or meditation classes and a range of memberships for those ready to make a short or longer term commitment to themselves. Let's face it, it's not until you try something for yourself that you know if it might be something you enjoy! If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin.
