Devlin Lounges

Lovely experience purchasing in 2017, however when we had issues with one of the recliners not reclining I left a message, then called and spoke with the owner who was going to contact me, all this time within warranty. When I didn't hear from him, my family and I drove to the shop, The owner promised to order the part and come and do the repairs, that was more than 8 months ago way before COVID happened and I still haven't heard.Now I want to replace the couch (because I not keen on the white colour anymore) I would like to buy a darker shade of the same product from him again because I like his products, but I am not sure of the after purchase support.Still looking forward to receiving the phone call and spare part.

Just had my recliners delivered today, making this our third lot of lounges from Devlin's. Have had other brands in the past and can say that Devlin quality and price is great. The previous lounges could not be faulted, leather did not damage in any way, cushioning lasted.Pleasant, easy transaction, from ordering to delivery.

Great service and value for price. Devlin Lounges offered the best home theatre seating we could find in Brisbane. The product was excellent, and was happy with the purchase for it's price. I would recommend coming in as they have a great range of products.

Update: 4 years later, our reclining sofa is still in great condition. They are certainly built with quality in mind.Original: Great product and easy to deal with. Thank you for the new reclining sofa, it's a wonderful addition to our home.

We purchased two wing chairs from Devlin they are awesome. They provided great service and David delivered the chairs and set them up for us which was excellent. They are extremely comfortable chairs and we purchased them at a great price. We would highly recommend Devlin lounges and will be going back there to buy another lounge in the near future.

We are very happy with our new sofa. We were looking for this type of sofa for a while, and David gave us an honest advice while made us easier to decide. We had to wait due to the whole logistic situation, but it was worth waiting for.

David the owner of Devlin Lounges assured us that we will NOT have to wait 6 months for our furniture. Unfortunately, that was a lie. We could not do anything about that, but we were not happy. David was not answering our calls or emails. Now David delivered our furniture after 6 months. Furniture that was delivered is smaller than what we ordered. I have dimensions of the furniture I ordered in writing in an email from David. Website does not provide measurements for all furniture David sells. So, I asked for measurements in writing. Couch is supposed to be 210 cm. It is 186 cm wide. Also, the chairs - apart from height all dimensions are smaller. Now David is not answering our phone messages or emails. We want our money back as we did not get what we ordered. There is no reply from David. I am not sure how he gets good reviews on Google. He must have his family and friends writing fake reviews. I guess I will have to go to the QUEENSLAND CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL to get my money back.

Very happy with the couches. I bought a two seater and a three seater. David provided excellent service and ensured that the couches matched (after I had selected a wrong model one online). Great build quality and finish, at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the result

Great Product, Great Service and Great Communication. David was so helpful and honest in his sale pitch even gave us a honest delivery time frame. The lounge is great, was delivered and installed wonderfully. Delivery guys were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend a Devlin Lounge Suite and you will find David is very good.

I left a poor review a few months ago. David was really great and contacted us and organised for the repair of the couch.Have since bought another couch from this place, was delivered on time and really happy with communication and delivery.Would buy again!!!
