Friendly and knowledgeable vets and staff. Timely service especially when you book in advance. In the few times that I dropped in without a booking, they still entertained our requests cheerfully (after the ones in the queue had been accommodated).It a great place for pets and pet owners.

Bestfriends at Lidcombe looked after us and our puppy in a friendly, caring and professional manner. I did not expect to walk in and see such first class facilities for pet care, from the grooming salon to the in-store Vet. It is really a first class facility for your Pet. The ladies at Lidcombe did an amazing job looking after our pup and we cant wait for our next visit!

Excellent Vet. I had taken my previous cat for regular check up here a few years ago. The service is amazing. More recently, I had adopted a kitten from here. Again, staff I had dealt with have been great, especially Maddy. I will be coming back here more often for my kitten's vaccinations and check up. Thank you to the team at Our Vet Lidcombe. Keep up the great work.

Having second thoughts about this place.Firstly you are not allowed in whilst they attended your pet. Due to covid… other Vets allow you in thank you very much.Secondly I had to return approximately 3 times $90 each… before they diagnosed my pet with the underlying condition.And thirdly each and every time I visit this Vet I end up having to buy something as the Vet keeps recommended me to do so..”oh it’s this… so buy this”Not sure if this place is a Cash grab or if they actually care for our animals.*I just read the other reviews and omg I thought I was the only one… seems it’s a very common situation at OurVet lidcombe…*You decide.

We visited for the first time yesterday - I have a new kitten, I'm new to the area and it's been a tough few days trying to find an appointment and answers to his tummy troubles. I officially feel like we have a new family vet - the experience and care (even with adhering to covid restrictions) we had was above and beyond, the team here are so kind and gentle (both with me and the cat lol). They truly understand how to set your mind at ease and get to work quickly. Thank you!

Came in today for my Guinea pigs to be groomed. Never took them to a vet before so I was nervous. Staff were so lovely and comforting. Prices were also reasonable. Can’t recommend them enough!
